Addressing 3.5M-home spatial housing mismatch with AI-powered modular housing that reduce construction time and cost by more than 70%.
Worked at Xhome, a ConTech startup, for over two years as Design Manager, leading the product from 0→1 into a modular housing platform with 3 series and 15+ home designs.
Directed a cross-functional team to develop ADU and Tiny Home solutions that reduced construction time by 70% and served 3 user groups: homeowners, developers, and designers.
Led and participated the entire design process — from UX research, design system, and architectural coordination to web UX/UI and product development — integrating a global supply chain to deliver adaptive housing solutions for the U.S. market.
Under my leadership, streamlining design-to-build workflows and demonstrating how design innovation can create scalable, human-centered solutions to the housing crisis.

Defining the Design & Product Vision
As the Founding Designer at XHOME, I led the strategic design direction from concept to market positioning.
I defined the brand vision “We manufacture houses like cars” and “Housing for Everyone,” translating the company’s mission into a visual and narrative system.
By aligning AI design generation with industrialized housing manufacturing, I reframed the brand story from “construction” to “manufacturing.”
I established a cohesive strategic framework connecting five pillars—AI-Powered Home Configuration, Component Standardization, Robotic Manufacturing, C2M Platform, and Global Supply Chain—to guide both design and business expansion.
